Named Springboard, the new programme aims to support and develop brands that create healthy, organic and experimental products by giving them access to Kraft Heinz’s distribution and marketing expertise, research and development and consumer insights.
Held in Chicago, the startup programme will also offer monetary assistance to help build their products and guidance about raising more funding.
Kraft Heinz is the latest consumer goods giant to offer an incubator programme with US food makers such as Campbell Soup Company General Mills and Kellogg Co. also making similar initiatives.
