Clarke joined Mars in 2000 and has served as Mars Wrigley’s Confectionery’s chief marketing officer for the past three years.
He will assume his new role in September, replacing Martin Radvan who is retiring after 32 years at the company.
Radvan helped lead the merger between Mars Chocolate and Wrigley in October 2016.

According to Euromonitor, Mars Wrigley is the world’s biggest confectionery company with 12.8% global market share.
