Celebrities aren't the only ones taking the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Businesses have also been getting involved in the viral video charity movement, showing solidarity for people suffering from Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) by raising awareness and donating to ALS research. Here are just a few familiar faces in the food and beverage industry that have taken the challenge so far:

Donnie Smith, President and CEO of Tyson Foods, took the ice bucket challenge and called out Elanco Animal Health President Jeff Simmons and David Nutt, President of grain and soy meal brokerage firm J.W. Nutt Company, to do the same.

Frito-Lay President Tom Greco enlisted Chester Cheetah to help him accomplish the ice bucket challenge, and called out 7-Eleven CEO Joseph DePinto and PepsiCo North America Beverage Albert Carey to follow suit.

Of course McDonald's had to get involved, and who better to take the challenge than Ronald McDonald himself (sporting his new recently redesigned outfit) after being nominated by Coca-Cola Senior VP Wendy Clark? Instead of nominating any industry insiders, McDonald's (or McDonald) called fellow redheads to action to join in the movement.
