The American firm said it selected the SSI Group as its local franchisee as it is "known for its retail expertise and culture of hospitality."
The company has helped numerous fashion and lifestyle brands enter the country such as Gucci, Givenchy, Hugo Boss, Marks & Spencer and Starbucks.
Shake Shack is in the midst of on an international expansion. Last year the New York burger chain said it plans to open 14 stores in Hong Kong and Macau through 2027.
Its launch in the Philippines marks Shake Shack's first entry into Southeast Asia.

Shake Shack says that it expects to open its first location in spring 2019.
