Hilton Hotels has announced that it has opened its Innovation Gallery, an incubator and experimental showcase that will test new innovations and products at its hotels.

The innovation gallery is designed to be space where leaders, design experts and hospitality professionals within the Hilton brand can meet and deliver new solutions for its guests.

The space will showcase a variety of technologies, design elements and dining concepts that have been recently launched or are in the process of being tested.

These include noise-cancelling and sleep-inducing devices as well as a customisable digital art display and real-time translation solution.

Mirroring the guest’s experience of a hotel, the immersive space will include a product showcase, a food and beverage concept studio, a virtual reality stage, a darkroom and innovation theatre.

The show kitchen will showcase the latest restaurant concepts developed by the Hilton Food and beverage team and the virtual reality stage will allow visitors to experience the concepts using virtual reality head sites.

The darkroom aims to showcase the material technologies that Hilton are testing to enhance quality, sustainability, design interests and operational returns.

The innovation theatre serves as a gathering space for visits to brainstorm and collaborates around the ideas they have seen.
